Hey John! FOMO can be a challenge with these things.
Without singling out anyone...for networking events, I'd say pick a couple with entities hosting that you like and you know can draw the type of attendee you want to mingle with.
If you're into content, identify a couple that pique your interest and perhaps those where you can add value to the conversation.
After that, call it a day. Maybe grab dinner or breakfast with people you meet and would like to potentially build relationships with.
All in all, less is more...I find its important to be present in the conversation you're in--not transactional. Let's be honest, a majority of connections made at massive events don't turn into much, but a few can be life changing when sticking with the ones that feel great. Some of my best friends to this day I met through events.
Thx for sharing. Any wisdom for the crowd gathering for SFCW?

Hope that's helpful.
